- Minced garlic (as much as you want if you love it)
- 1 small diced onion
- Grated small piece of fresh ginger
- Organic Tamari Soy Sauce to taste
- Japanese ground white pepper to spice it up a bit
- Toasted Sesame seeds
- A bit of oil
- (you can even add some bokchoy or any green veggie you like)
- Sliced pieces of carrots

Get some water boiling in a nice size pan and put 2 servings of the soba noodles. Cook it according to package direction, drain and set aside.

Saute the garlic, ginger and onion in it. Stir for a couple of minutes then add the mushrooms and the vegetables of your choice. Stir until crisp tender. Add the seasonings to taste and stir to infuse all the flavors together.
