Try this raw food breakfast parfait. Set the alarm 15 more minutes of sleep and snooze a little longer knowing that food is done when you wake up from your beauty sleep.
Admit it, there are days when you are just plain too lazy to cook breakfast. But, that's not a disease or anything so don't be ashamed.
It's a normal thing to be lazy but don't you dare go and hit a drive in window to order chemical infused fast food. That's just poison in slow form! That's an insult to your body for sure!
This raw vegan breakfast parfait is prepared ahead of time, pre-assembled the night before and ready to be devoured in the morning. There's nothing to it. It's so easy. You have got to try it to believe it.
The night before:
Soak the Chia Seeds in the Nut Milk in a container of choice big enough to accommodate the seeds when they expand. Add some raw honey or maple syrup just enough to sweeten it a bit.
Let the seeds soak overnight.
In the Morning:
Blend the pineapple and mango then put it in a separate container. You can put any fruit you like that's available to you. Don't go crazy. It will be just as yummy but different color than this.
Have the avocado pudding ready. If you don't have it ready, blend an avocado, some cacao powder and sweetener of your choice. Set aside separately.
Put the soaked Chia seeds first in a pretty glass so that they sit at the bottom. Layer the other blended fruits making it a parfait as shown in the picture above.
Put some more avocado pudding mousse on top and sprinkle with nuts, carob chips and put a piece of dark chocolate on it.
Get a long spoon and devour to your heart's content without any guilt.
It's a decadent dessert for breakfast. Chocolate pudding and fruits are a yummy match. Who wouldn't want a dessert for a morning meal?
Raw food breakfast is great any day of the week. There's no cooking and you can taste it as you prepare it. You can even lick the bowl and it's safe.
