Blending fruits and vegetables in a high-speed Vitamix blender is gotta be the easiest way in raw food preparation if you are following a raw food diet. From a healthy breakfast recipe to a mid-morning or mid afternoon snack, we got you covered.

Perfect Dips and Dressings:

When it comes to salad dressing and vegetable dip recipes, they're a no brainer when done in a high speed blender. Just put the ingredients in your Vitamix or Blendtec and pulse. You'll get the perfectly smooth blend for all your dressing and dipping needs.

Hot soups are most desirable in the winter. They're the alternative to cold icy smoothies in the summer. So you don't have to complain again about being hot or cold. But then, you're only human. Feed the need!

Feeling a little lazy to turn on the stove? Instant piping hot soups ready in just a matter of minutes. These soups were done in a high-speed blender.

Velvety Sauces:

There is an excellent way to make sauces. Blend it! Even if you need to cook it, pre-blending it gets all the flavors of all the ingredients together smoothly.

Into Raw food Desserts?

Make it in your blender! Absolutely no cooking here. Making a great chocolate mousse in a blender is the fastest, most convenient and healthier than other methods. 

For making an excellent marinara sauce using fresh tomatoes and herbs from the graden, I use my Vitamix Turboblend 4500 Countertop Blender with 2+ HP Motor.

You know the rule. The lesser the ingredients, the better your salad dressing will be. Less is more. Keep it simple. The cleaner the better.
