  • about 5 gigantic leaves of Kale
  • 3 Gala Apples
  • 3 juicing oranges
  • a few slices of pineapples
  • a small piece of ginger

These fruits will sweeten any vegetable juice making non-palatable ones really tasty. If you are diabetic, you can go easy on the sweet fruits. But if you are not, juice on!

With a Fruit and Vegetable Juicer you can drink your vegetables and get your recommended allowance for the day easily.

The trick to making this delicious green juice recipe is to add sweet fruits to the vegetables, which in this recipe, the vegetable is Kale. Not a lot of people like juicing kale.

Run the kale with the stems into the juicer. You can alternate them with pineapple slices and the apples. You do the same if you are using a centrifugal juicer.

For the oranges, I like using the manual citrus juicer. This way, the phytochemicals naturalyy occuring in fruits and vegetables are live as can be.

Then you can mix all the juices together. Enjoy a glass of this incredibly delicious green juice.
