Who doesn't like  the taste of pineapples and coconut in a cocktail? Marry this two flavors together with some chlorophyll rich veggie and you got a delicious Pina Colada green smoothie. 

Pour it into a tall glass, add some ice, stick a little decorative umbrella on it and move away from that hammock!

This stuff is for real. The mix of coconut and pineapples mixed in with some spinach or other green vegetable you like makes amazing green smoothies that's perfect for a meal or a snack.

We're aiming for health here. Please don't put that acid in this drink! 

  • 3 leaves of Kale or spinach
  • Pineapple Slices
  • Frozen Shredded Young Coconut or Fresh if available

  • Coconut Flakes

  • An apple or 2 
  • Coconut water, Soymilk or almond milk or just plain cashew nuts
  • Some ice
  • Water

Blend them all together in a high speed blender until smooth. In 30 seconds flat, you'll have a delicious and nutritious Pina Colada drink. 

Wanna make it really icy? Put some ice cubes in the blender and give it a whirl. 

Yummy.

It's a very refreshing green smoothie with real coconut and pineapple flavor. It will make you feel like you're in the tropics soaking up the sun rays breathing the warm summer breeze.

All you need is a hammock with this drink. It's a 'must do' in the summer.
