No-Cook Breakfast Recipe - when days are just way too crazy to cook.

When days are chaotic, the last thing you want to do is cook breakfast. You want something you can just grab, eat and go with this no-cook breakfast recipe.

Well, why not try this no-cook breakfast recipe. This is the ultimate fast food plus it's super healthy too! This one is even faster than driving to some fast food chain's drive ins. It's cheaper and your body will definitely thank you.

This no-cook breakfast is very easy to assemble. The is no cooking involved. When you wake up in the morning, it's waiting for you. It's waiting to be had by you.

Why have some boring dry sugary cereal when you can have something nutritious and filling that will give you the energy you for the day?

So let's get on it and make this very simple, filling yummy easy no-cook breakfast.

  • Steel Cut oats
  • raw honey or agave. You can use maple syrup if you wish
  • cinnamon
  • chia seeds (optional but it makes it smooth and thick)
  • nut milk (soy milk, almond milk or any non-dairy milk)
  • Fruits of choice

Lightly wash the steel-cut oats and place them in a bowl with a lid. Add the chia seeds, sweetener of your choice and pour some nut milk on it. Sprinkle a dash of cinnamon until they're well mixed.

When everything is mixed in, put the lid on the bowl and put it in the refrigerator over night.

In the morning when you wake up, it's time to assemble your parfait. Take some fruits, like berries of your choice. Fruits that are quick like blueberries and raspberries, something that you don't have to cut-up. Maybe a few strawberries too to make your parfait pretty.

Layer them on. Take a picture. Feast with your eyes first then devour. But if you're really in a super hurry, you can put it in a container with an airtight lid and tote it along with you to devour later.

Fast. Easy. Delicious. Nutritious. It will give you the energy you need for the day. Its a totally no-cook breakfast recipe
