Whipping up something like peanut butter smoothies is one of the easiest way to get your dose of it. Almost every single fruit and vegetable has that nutrient. Besides, you don't need much of that nutrient!

Since when did we hear about protein deficiency? There is no such thing as being deficient with this nutrient specially here in America! We are getting way too much of it and it takes so much effort for our liver to digest it.

Too much of it is really not good for our liver, according to recent studies. It takes way too many hours for your stomach to assimilate all that.

When you eat too much animal protein, your liver works so hard. Not only that, your poop becomes hardened which leads to constipation. You don't want that!

With smoothies, fruits and vegetables... your poop slides right out without effort. You'll never get clogged. Seriously.

So let's get on with it and leave that animal flesh alone. There's a delicious way to get your protein without compromising your gut health.

You know what they say: Death begins in the stomach!

You see, all that rubbish you put in your stomach put so much strain on the liver's ability to filter all the toxins out. Digesting all the animal protein you've been eating is just a torment to your liver.

Have mercy on that organ! Be kind to yourself. After all, you are what you eat. Whatever and everything you consume and whatever you put into it becomes you!

So here's a healthy smoothie recipe that's so delicious, you can forget about that bloody steak.

This one has random vegetables and fruits in it to give that brown chocolate color plus raw cacao added.

  • a handful of spinach
  • half a dozen strawberries
  • 1 cucumber
  • a few slices of pineapple
  • 2 heaping tablespoon of organic Hemp powder
  • 3 heaping tablespoon of raw cacao powder (for the chocolate taste)
  • 2 tablespoonfuls of peanut butter
  • a few cacao nibs for sprinkles

Put all of these ingredients in a high speed blender. Give it a whirl for about 30 seconds until everything is pulverized into a smooth delicious consistency.

Adding some peanut butter to smoothies makes it taste even better.

Pour in a pretty glass. Sprinkle some cacao nibs on top for looks!

A  chocolaty and complete dessert meal in a glass. 

Smoothies like these are your sources of protein: Spinach, with it's gorgeous green color is packed with this nutrient.

So make simple peanut butter smoothies or a P and J sandwich and you got it covered! 

The sun and the chlorophyll are the manufacturers of this nutrient. Sure, the beef you eat has loads of protein. But just think where the cow get his from? From the grass. So there you have it. Question has been answered. Making high protein smoothies can be one of your best sources of protein besides eating vegetables, nuts and seeds.
