  • 12-15 ice cubes

A REALLY healthy breakfast smoothie: Revised and simplified vegetarian vegan version:

  • 6 to 8 clementines or as much as you can fit in the blender

  • frozen bananas
  • pitted dates about 6 of them
  • ice
  • vanilla if you wish
  • a handful of raw almonds or raw cashews.

Original non-vegan recipe: Note all the stuff were from a box. Sugar free anything is poison. They blended them together.

The veganized recipe: All natural nutrition packed real fruits. Blend them in your high speed blender. 

Give it a Taste Test. The vegetarian version is clean and taste so much better!  

Didn't bother with the original recipe. Why waste time, money and effort on making it? We know that the version for the vegan vegetarian diet is much cleaner, no artificial flavors or additives, no added chemicals to worry about, more nutritious and totally delicious.

This is just one of the many benefits of a vegetarian diet: We don't need any serving analysis of our food.
