Fruit juice nutrition will not let you down. Have you ever had some serious dental work where it's hard to eat? Well, I did. It really hurt like mad! This yum in a glass was at my rescue.

There's a point in your life when you just had to have some serious dental procedure and eating is a dilemma for a couple of days or more. 

I had to have two implants on my front teeth because my two teeth crapped out on me. For some people, teeth just don't last long for them and I guess by fate, I am one of those people.

It's my destiny. I'll be a toothless old babe one day. Yikes!

Besides costing a ton of money, it's a misery and anguish combined for a few days until the stitches were out. I couldn't eat solid food for a couple of days. I was basically on a soup, soft food and a fruit juice diet.

So to have something nutritious, I had to stick to this anti-inflammatory fruit juice recipe before and after the procedure.

Here's a simple delicious anti-inflammatory juice for steadfast healing.

  • 1 whole pineapple, peeled and sliced including the core
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • 5 carrots
  • 3 juicy oranges
  • 2 slices of watermelon with the rinds to water it down

You know what to do. Run each piece through a juicer and catch the juice.

Drink to your heart's content. 

This stuff was better than store bought soup that has very little nutrient and not even filling. Had it for breakfast before the procedure.

When you have surgery in your mouth, you have to take it easy for a couple of days or so.  Using a straw is not even recommended because it will interfere with the clotting to prevent further bleeding on the gums.

Sipped this juice ever so slowly and it was yummy.

My dentist offered me some Ensure drink to take home but I refused it. They come in a can and it's supposed to be vitamin packed. But I'd rather have some of my real juice so I rejected the offer.

Ensure comes from a factory, real juice from fruits comes from nature. I had to say no to Ensure, wouldn't you? I don't care it's free.

Pineapples and ginger have anti-inflammatory properties. You need this pair like a good friend in your life. They are just yummy together.
