Eggless eggnog to the rescue! It's dairy-free and so good for you. Don't trust that commercial egg nog. Those are extremely loaded with calories, bad sugar, cholesterol and animal fat! Do you really need all that junk? No!

Let's blow the whistle on the regular commercial eggnog. Psst... it is loaded with yucky raw eggs that's brow-raising!

If you are afraid of cholesterol, then you shouldn't settle for the store-bought ones. Why eat more cholesterol when you already have more than enough of it in your body?

Try this delicious eggless eggnog instead. Relax, sit back and sip away. 

This is a feel-good recipe for your holiday raw food diet list.

Any day beverage with stuffed dates.
  • 1 cup soaked almonds (soaked overnight or about 8 hours)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 frozen banana
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 6 to 8 pitted dates

Soak the almonds for at least 8 hours. Over night is best. Soak the dates too for about a couple of hours.

If you have a high speed blender like a Vitamix or Blendtec, the dates will get pulverized. But for a regular blender, you may soak your dates a little longer.

Throw in all the ingredients in the blender until they're all mixed and processed.

Pour in a glass and sprinkle a powder of nutmeg or cinnamon on top. Sit back, relax and no need to sip slowly. Enjoy. 

Light yet still creamy. It's sweet but not too sweet like the those other fat laden sugar bombs we normally consume around the holidays.

This beverage is a feel-good treat you can make using absolutely no eggs. You can just chug down a tall glass of this eggless nog and you wouldn't feel like you've committed a sin.
